Return Terms: Customer can return the product, if-

1: The sticker and marking are unopened and intact. At the time of return, the customer must include other related items that were supplied.
Deadline: Customer has to bring the product to any branch of Farhan Computer Limited within 24 hours of delivery.
2: There is any defect in the product at the time of delivery. At the time of return, the customer has to provide the product with the original packaging, accessories, manual, documentation and any other related items.
Deadline: Customer has to bring the product to any branch of Farhan Computer Limited within 3 days of delivery.

Violation of deadline: If the deadline is exceeded, the product will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Incompatibility: There is no defect in the product, but incompatibility with any other device is claimed, in which case the return is not applicable.

Inspection: Inspection will be done after receipt of returned product.

Return or Refund: If above return conditions are met, customer will get new product. If new product cannot be delivered, payment will be refunded within 10 working days and order will be considered cancelled.

Cancellation: Customer can cancel order through website till confirmation call or SMS is received. Also, customer can cancel order by calling 01799338806 before delivery.
